Once we receive you order, we will call you to go over it and make sure you are happy with your choices. After that we place your order, and send you a confirmation of when to expect your piece.
Because these pieces are handmade for you they take more time to get to you. Please be prepared for the 8 - 12 week waiting period. Also, these pieces are custom and human hair so there no returns or exchanges may be done due to New Jersey Health Codes.
