Sometimes our Internet prices are up to 20% less then our in-store prices. This is due to the fact that Internet prices do not reflect the cost of personal consultation that you receive as an in-store customer. Our average cost for consultation is $20.00 and is included in all of our in-store products. |

All Manufacturers
guarantee the quality of their products. In the rare
case of a factory defect you should contact us immediately.
During your immediate contact with us we will give you
a return authorization number. Without this authorization
number you will not be able to return your merchandise.
The return authorization number is to be written on the
outside of the package. The package will be returned
to you without the authorization number. We will exchange
your item for an identical item in this case. |

| NON-WARRANTED RETURNS: |

In the case
you are unhappy with a piece you receive, we will be
glad to help you exchange it, but there are specific
conditions that must be met:
- You must report your un-satisfaction of
your product within five days of the receipt of your
merchandise. The five-day reporting rule applies
to all hairpieces and wigs. As an example: you receive
a piece today that you want to wear three weeks from
now. Try it on now, so if it is necessary to return
the piece you fall within the five-day reporting
policy.
- Sorry, NO REFUNDS! One Exchange Only!
- No Exchanges on Human Hair Items. Due to
health concerns/hygenic reasons and abiding by NJ
State Health Laws, all our sales are final.
- Shipping and Handling is not refundable.
- Exchanges must be equal or of higher amount.
- The original tags must be attached to
the piece as it was delivered to you. The hairpiece
or wig must not have been worn other then to try
it on. In trying on the piece do not personalize
the wig by over-styling it. Simply shake it out,
style it with your fingers or gently with a pick.
If there is anything wrong you will know it immediately,
so please contact us at this point.
- You must have a pre-authorized return
number. The return authorization number is to be
written on the outside of the package. The package
will be returned to you without the authorization
number. To obtain an authorization number please
call our office or email us.
- In this case of a non-warrantee exchange
you will be charged a 10% restocking fee per piece
and the return shipping charges.

are never returnable. They are time intensive and made
to personal measurements and one of a kind specifications.
They are checked thoroughly by the artisan who created
it, the factory and then again by our customs department. |

HAIR EXTENSIONS |

We are very
careful of the products we sell. All of our extensions
are the highest quality and go through an intense quality
assurance inspection. We check hair color, quality and
tip construction. Problems with extension hair is evident
immediately. If you see a problem, stop the process and
call us. If you finish the clients entire head, you are
taking responsibility for it. We send instructions and
care sheets to keep problems to a minimum. Any problems
due to improper application or incorrect products used
is not a returnable or arguable problem for us. |

- You can place your order on our secure website 24 hours a day, with your credit card number or by Pay Pal.

| SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES: |

- For shipping in the United States we use USPS Priority mail. Standard shipping for up to three or four wigs is $5.50. If you order a wig maintenance kit the shipping will be $3.00 extra. Typically Priority mail will take three to four business days after it is shipped for you to receive the package, they also deliver on Saturdays.

- For shipping out of the United States we use USPS EMS Express. Please be aware of your own countries customs policies. Non-United States shipping may take a little longer then shipping in the United States. Normally EMS Express will take four to seven Business days after shipping for you to receive the package. EMS Express does not guarantee delivery within one week and
may take up to three weeks. The time the shipping will take depends on the customs and postal system.

- We understand you want to receive your order as soon as possible. Occasionally the item you selected might be out of stock in our warehouse, and we are waiting for it to be delivered to us. The average time you can expect to wait to receive your order is seven to ten business days. International shipments may take longer. In the event we cannot ship your order in that amount
of time we will contact you immediately so you are aware of the delay.

If you have already ordered your item and find the IDENTICAL ITEM AND BRAND for a lower price within 10 days of ordering we will gladly refund you the difference.
