We have been in this business for 19 years selling all forms of hair products. We have been helping customers order and wear custom hairpieces/wigs and especially full lace pieces in our retail store. We have been a seller onEbay since 1999. We have the experience to help you through these very personal purchases. We have personal consultants available for email or phone support. You can reach us Monday through Friday 10-6 (EST) at 609-965-5280. For this type of purchase, trust someone who does this every day, and has for almost two decades. Shipping Policies

We ship out items 5 days a week: Tuesday through Saturday. So as long as your payment is in to us (and cleared) by noon EST it will ship out to you the following business day. If your payment is received during a US holiday, the post office is closed and we cannot ship without them. Please be understanding.

United States Shipping:

Shipping of this item takes approximately 4-5 business days by usps first class mail, and approximately 3-4 business days by usps priority mail.

If you need your item quicker, we can also do USPS Express Mail for an additional cost. Express mail takes approximately 1-2 business days.

Just check the appropriate box when you pay with your preferred shipping method.

International Shipping (Outside the US):

Please note before you bid that shipping time is slower for our international customers due to the distance the package has to go as well as the multiple stops at Customs. Our approximate shipping times are to get the items to your countries customs agency. Please allow ample time for customs to check over items. With International orders countries can have any mix of Customs Fees, Value Added Taxes (VAT), or Goods and Services Taxes (GST). These fees vary significantly, ranging from 6% to 25% of the cost of the item. There may be Brokerage Fees, curriers may charge a fee for clearing items through customs. Private couriers can charge more. Please be aware of that. Also, be aware that you are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs costs. If you refuse to pay these fees upon receipt, your item will be returned, at your expense. We will be glad to refund your full purchase price less the shipping fees. Not Just Wigs cannot mark the item as a gift on the customer form, even if you ask us to, it s against the law.

Shipping of this item takes approximately 8-13 business days, by USPS Global Priority Mail.

If you need your item quicker, we can also do USPA EMS International Express Mail for an additional cost. Express mail is approximately 3-5 business days.

Return Policy

All Returns must be in Original Conditioning and Packaging. Items may not have been worn, brushed, had products applied to them or had hair/lace cut at all.

All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee is based upon the items purchase price. All the shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund/credit shipping charges, or pay for the return shipment to us.

Items returned in compliance with these terms will be issued Store Credit for future purchase. No Refunds!

Hello, I hope things are well with you...just wanted to let you know that I did apply my extensions yipeee!!! I practiced with the Tiffany Twist version first once I felt good about it and calm I went ahead and did the Fusion Extensions...I used two mirrors one in front of me (my dresser mirror) and a full body mirror in back of me so that I could see how to part my hair etc...it took me 5 hours...shorter than a salon, the salon took 8 hours to do my hair and I am very pleased and saved money....I just wanted to let you know just in case you ever run into anyone in the future that should ask you...I am proof that it can be done.....have a blessed day, ~Cheryl from Montclair...

Hello, I recently bought a clip on extension from your online ebay store and I jsut wanted to say thank you very much, I have had many hair problems and tried the Jessica Simpson hairdo ones and must tell you that yours are by far a nice quality and softer, I have noticed they do not tangle and stay shiny! So please keep up the good work! My only question I have is I’m considering buying a straight 22inch one from you but im not finding one that matches my hair color exactly, as I have very short hair so its hard to blend it, Do you accept pictures to match colors or should i just browse your website a little more and go with the closest match i can come by??
