Returns Policy:

All Returns must be in Original Conditioning and Packaging. Items may not have been worn, brushed, had products applied to them or had hair/lace cut at all.

All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee is based upon the items purchase price. All the shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund/credit shipping charges, or pay for the return shipment to us.

Items returned in compliance with these terms will be issued Store Credit for future purchase. No Refunds!

Shipping Policy:

We ship out items 5 days a week: Tuesday through Saturday. So as long as your payment is in to us (and cleared) by noon EST it will ship out to you the following business day. If your payment is received during a US holiday, the post office is closed and we cannot ship without them. Please be understanding.

United States Shipping:

Shipping of items take approximately 3-4 business days by usps priority mail.

If you need your item quicker, we can also do USPS Express Mail for an additional cost. Express mail takes approximately 1-2 business days.

Just check the appropriate box when you pay with your preferred shipping method.

International Shipping (Outside the US):

Shipping time is slower for our international customers due to the distance the package has to go as well as the multiple stops at Customs. Our approximate shipping times are to get the items to your countries customs agency. Please allow ample time for customs to check over items. With International orders countries can have any mix of Customs Fees, Value Added Taxes (VAT), or Goods and Services Taxes (GST).  These fees vary significantly, ranging from 6% to 25% of the cost of the item.  There may be Brokerage Fees, curriers may charge a fee for clearing items through customs.  Private couriers can charge more.  Please be aware of that.  Also, be aware that you are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs costs.  If you refuse to pay these fees upon receipt, your item will be returned, at your expense. We will be glad to refund your full purchase price less the shipping fees.  Not Just Wigs cannot mark the item as a gift on the customer form, even if you ask us to, it s against the law.

Shipping of items take approximately 8-13 business days, by USPS Global Priority Mail.

If you need your item quicker, we can also do USPA EMS International Express Mail for an additional cost. Express mail is approximately 3-5 business days.
